This letter is to verify that Major Auto Body serviced my car after a car accident, which occured on February 22. The damage to my car was so severe that the entire passenger side was totaled.

Major Auto Body demonstrated impeccable service throughout the process of the repairs. My car was returned in pristine condition and in a very reasonable amount of time considering the damage that was done. All of my quesitons were answered with professionalism and in a timely manner.

I will continue to use Major Auto Body in the future and would highly recommend the company to anyone in need of auto body services.

I have had excellent experience with Major Auto. I've had 2 occasions to work with Jose this year and the service and care have been exemplary. 

On the first occasion, my neighbor's 16 year old backed into my bumper and cracked the paint. The bumper was repainted beautifully and the color was a perfect match.

The second incident was a couple of weeks ago when I was rear ended on the freeway. Again, the paint was matched perfectly and the work completed in a timely fashion.

Two years years ago my daughter was involved in an accident and my insurance company recommended Major Auto as one of their certified repair stations. Upon looking at the damage to the car, at first I thought this car would never be right again. Jose assured me that they had the expertise and technology to do the repairs and bring the car back to new condition.
